Science, method and workflow organization in adult neurodivergence

Operational and methodological support for clinics, health services, graduate programs and research groups — integrating clinical psychiatry, psychometrics and responsible AI, alongside our non-commercial scientific collaboration track.

Institutional inquiries are handled according to operational availability. If the form is closed, contact contato@neuratip.com.

Scientific Credential Plataforma Brasil

Registered as a research institution (CNPJ 25.155.537/0001-51) for projects submitted to accredited ethics committees.

Peer-Reviewed (JMIR) DOI 10.2196/106266

Design specification published in JMIR Formative Research (examined on 250 synthetic records).

Open Science & Governance OSF · ICMJE · LGPD

Traceable protocols, OSF preregistration, privacy by design and explicit ethical boundaries.

Two clear pathways

Institutional engagements upon inquiry or non-commercial scientific collaboration

We transparently separate our contracted technical services (B2B) from academic partnerships within the Research Program.

Institutional Offer A · Operational (B2B) Upon inquiry · 3 to 4-week cycle

Mapping and Organization of Adult Neurodivergence Assessment Workflows (Autism / ADHD)

For multidisciplinary clinics, healthcare networks and provider centres involved in adult autism and ADHD assessment that need to organize workflows, documentation and responsibilities before scaling.

Operational bottlenecks we investigate

Growing waiting lists, redundant intake across medical and psychological teams, heterogeneous documentation, poorly traceable prioritization criteria and high senior effort per case.

Minimum client dependencies

A workflow decision-maker, availability of 2–3 professionals for interviews and blank or de-identified document templates.

What we deliver (5 auditable deliverables)

  • Structured staff interviews (focused sessions with 2–3 frontline professionals and coordination).
  • End-to-end As-Is process map: triage, intake, assessment, synthesis and feedback.
  • Technical review of blank or de-identified forms and report templates.
  • Measurement-to-purpose adequacy matrix (considering published Brazilian evidence and favorable SATEPSI/CFP standing when applicable).
  • Prioritized improvement plan + executive debrief session (with 1 revision round).
Institutional Offer B · Research & Graduate Programs (B2B) Upon inquiry · Per project or institutional package

Methodological Design, Measurement & Institutional Scientific Support

For Master’s and Doctoral programs, health schools and funded research groups that need to turn clinical or educational questions into executable protocols.

Modality 1 · Specific Protocol Design (3 to 5 weeks)

End-to-end methodological structuring for an institutional study or funded research project.

Modality 2 · Institutional Package for Graduate Programs

Practical workshops on scientific method and ethical/auditable AI use + structured technical review of graduate pre-projects.

Traceable deliverable chain

  • Research question refinement (PICO / PECO / construct definition).
  • Study design architecture, eligibility criteria, sampling and bias control.
  • Instrument and measurement selection matrix aligned with intended use.
  • Pre-specified Statistical Analysis Plan (SAP) and missing-data strategy.
  • Structured OSF preregistration draft + 1 technical review round of protocol or manuscript.
Training & Ecosystem Initiatives Closed institutional cohorts · Upon inquiry

Responsible AI in Research Workshops, EvoluaMed & Educational Initiatives

Practical training modules for program coordinators, academic leagues, study centers and educational groups.

Practical Workshop on Responsible AI in Research and Medicine (SINERGIA)

Auditable literature review workflows, methodological structuring and hallucination/plagiarism prevention.

EvoluaMed Ecosystem — Medical Study Methodology

Cognitive organization, evidence-based learning and technical preparation for medical students.

Psychoeducational Groups in Adult Neurodivergence (SINAPSI)

Structured informational sessions (not a substitute for individual psychotherapy or medical care).

Scientific Collaboration · Non-Commercial No commercial fee · Subject to alignment and capacity

NeurAtip Research Program (Academic Partnerships)

Researchers, faculty, clinicians and universities may propose collaborative studies or contribute to active research lines at no commercial cost.

  • Collaboration governed by international authorship criteria (ICMJE) and Open Science transparency (OSF).
  • Prior ethics approval (CEP/CONEP) and LGPD compliance required for any human-subjects study.
  • New submissions depend on form availability and supervision capacity; current status is shown in the unified intake channel.

Legal, Ethical & Regulatory Safeguards

Explicit boundaries: what we do NOT deliver

Clear scope boundaries protect clinics, academic institutions, researchers and participants:

No direct patient diagnosis or clinical care in B2B consulting

Offer A is strictly organizational and documentary. We do not assess patients of the contracting clinic or issue clinical reports.

Zero ghostwriting or purchased authorship

In Offer B and workshops, we never write theses, dissertations or papers on behalf of third parties, nor sell authorship.

No guaranteed CEP, SATEPSI or journal acceptance

We deliver methodological rigor and traceability; ethics committees, regulators and journal editors make independent decisions.

No sale of automated clinical interpretation software or mandatory platform lock-in

The SPECTRA platform is under development for research. Our services do not provide automated clinical interpretation or require proprietary software.

Strict separation between volunteer academic activities and consulting

Volunteer students participate exclusively in educational and scientific activities, never as labor in commercial B2B contracts.

Data minimization and LGPD compliance

We work primarily with aggregated workflows and blank or de-identified templates, without accessing identifiable medical records.

How to proceed

3-step engagement or collaboration workflow

01

1. Submit the unified intake form

Indicate whether you are inquiring about an institutional service (Offer A, Offer B or Workshop) or non-commercial scientific collaboration.

02

2. 30-minute discovery conversation

We align on the operational or methodological bottleneck, internal decision-maker, timeline and scope fit.

03

3. 1-page proposal, if there is a fit

If the scope fits, within 48 hours after the conversation we send a proposal with fixed scope, deliverables, timeline (3 to 5 weeks) and clear contractual terms.

Ready to discuss your institution or research project?

Use our unified intake channel to request a discovery call (institutional services upon inquiry) or present a scientific collaboration proposal, subject to the availability stated in the form.
